Keynote Address: How Do You Grow?

How do you produce better results this year than you produced last year? The only way is by doing things differently.

Albert Einstein summed this concept up for us when he said the definition of insanity is to keep doing things the way you’ve always done them and yet expect a different result.

So how do you do things differently? You need a new perspective! You need to know yourself better than ever before.

Rob McKinnon is an expert at helping leaders BE the best version of themselves possible. He’s been doing it for over a decade. And he begins by helping them KNOW themselves better than ever before. By helping them have a new perspective on themselves.

Come prepared to know yourself better, and walk out of the room ready to do things differently, so that you can be the best version of yourself possible.

Breakout Session: Put Your Heart Into It!

How did the CEO of one of the world’s largest airlines fail in his response to an embarrassing mistake by his employees?  He didn’t understand that people’s emotions would override his appeal to rules and procedures.

Come and learn the lessons this CEO experienced the hard way. People may agree with your logic in their head, but they are moved to take action in their heart.  And the only way you can influence their heart -- is from your heart!

Want to build powerful partnerships with your donors? Want to exponentially expand your influence with colleagues?  Drawing on over a decade of coaching CEOs and other senior leaders, and building on his Main Platform message that helps you be the best version of yourself possible, Rob will share with you the secrets of genuine connection and influence with others.

Come and learn:

· How to connect for powerful relationships and to get things done

· The 5 emotions that influence you – and the actions of everyone around you

· The key to managing your emotions so they don’t manage you

· How to use your emotions to get what you really want

You will begin acting -- and feeling -- differently as soon as you leave this session.
