Airport Transportation
The conference will offer a complimentary shuttle to and from the Pittsburgh International Airport (PIT). The Morgantown Marriott at Waterfront Place is located approximately 1.5 hours from the PIT Airport.
On Sunday the shuttle will depart the airport at the following times: 1:30 p.m., 3:00 p.m., 4:30 p.m., 6:00 p.m., and 7:30 p.m. Airport pick-up locations will be provided as the conference approaches and plans are finalized.
On Tuesday the shuttle will depart the Morgantown Marriott at Waterfront Place at the following times: 11:00 a.m., 12:00 p.m. and 1:30 p.m..
If you are planning to utilize transportation provided by the conference, please indicate when you register for the conference. If you have not booked your flights at the time of conference registration, please email big12devconf@wvuf.org to reserve your transportation once your travel arrangements have been made.
In the event you wish to schedule donor visits following the conference or have a flight outside the complimentary shuttle times, Pittsburgh International Airport offers all major car rental providers including Alamo, Avis, Budget, Dollar, Enterprise, Hertz, National and Payless. Rental counters are located on the Baggage Claim level of the Landside Terminal.
